Hey Guys!

So I am wondering if there is a way to record the calls but set a permission where only the admin can see it?

For this instance, if the client pays for call recordings on their account, then they will have the permissions set so that they can see the call recordings on the CDRs.

If they do not however, I still want the calls recorded however will not give them access.

I have looked in permissions for this specific tenant and cannot locate any where for this.

Please Help

you could uncheck xml_cdr_recording* from the permissions for that user type.

if you want, its more complex, but you can create a new group called cdr_recordings, and then set permission for the xml cdr recordings.
then remove the xml_cdr recordings from groups user and admin
then for the users and admins you want to have recordings, just add the cdr_recordings to the actual user as a group on top of either user or admin. and any user account that does not have the new cdr_Recordings group will not see the recordings.
