Queues and IVR

Hi all,

I want to implement this thing:

I have two agents.

Incoming call is answered by an IVR, if the agents are free the phone have to ring, if they are busy the user must go to a queue and be passed to the first available agent.

Their is also the possibility to make a callback on fusionpbx? something like:

On IVR: to be called back press 9, then the system will hangup the call and recall the user whenever the first agent becomes available.
