Registration issue

Hi guys having an interesting issue with registering a headset.

Using a Three 4g service, i cant get an Linksys SPA942 to register, but change the sim to a vodafone or o2 and it will register. initial thoughts where dam three are service blocking. Set up a Snom 821 with the same account creds and it registers with the three sim, so it must be a config issue in the SPA, i have set the RTP packet size to 0.020, with no affect, is there any other settings that might be worth a poke

Yes, definitely, on the same page where you adjusted the RTP packet size, there are two other settings, "insert via rport" and "handle via rport", make sure these two are enabled.

bingo worked a treat, shall i use that all the time or only if i run into issues?
