our customer wants to migrate from 3CX to our FusionPBX. It has support in both English and French. In order to know which language the attendant must answer (based on the option chosen in the IVR by the customer), he needs to make a tag (Ex. EN: NNNXXXNNNN, for English or FR: NNNXXXNNNN for French). What time should I inform in the Dialplan options and how do I do this concatenation?

The easiest method I've found is to send calls to a ring group and enable "CID Name Prefix"

If I remember correctly, the field is hidden by a permission by default, but can be shown by editing permissions in "Advanced>Group Manager"
