I have a client that wants to set up an automated system to play back recordings of various files. This is relatively straightforward using ivrs to direct callers to the correct recording. However, the client is wondering if it's possible to change the default recording control options. First all they wanted was to change the fast forward and rewind times. I did this by editing the options in the streamfile.lua file. Now they also want to change around a couple of key assignments. This should be simple enough to do, but i like sticking to defaults where possible and i started to wonder how much would be involved in making a copy of the streamfile script and directing just callers from this domain to it.
Is this possible/practical? or should i just tell the customer i can't do it?
