VoIP Trunk not attempting registration

Good day All,

Thank you for an awesome product and ongoing community support for it. I have managed to get most things working properly.

I am just struggling with getting my SIP Gateway/Trunk to register.

Please see attached my config.

When I click on the "Start" action for my gateway then the page refreshes but nothing happens. I ran a trace and I dont see any registration attempts coming from Fusion. I have tried to look through the logs but nothing is traced. I have reinstalled Fusion on two separate systems with separate re installs. So I am fairly confident it is not on the Install side. I have full internet breakout and network so not sure where I can start to troubleshoot. Your guidance would be greatly appreciated.

The external profile runs on port 5080, is that port open on your firewall?

Alternatively, you could set your gateway to register on the internal profile which uses port 5060 and then add the IP addresses of your providers to the domain ACL list.

If that is exactly as you have configured the gateway, you should see an attempt in the logs.

Form fs_cli try a:

sofia profile external restart
