What do you do for convenance phones

Wondering what people do for what I call convenance phones, handsets in lobbies, hallways etc that are not for a specific user, anyone can use them in the area - do you lock them down, restrict the ability to set call forward on them etc ? wondering what the best approach to this and how to set these kind of restrictions in fusion if possible ?

Depending on location and type of phone, I either limit the dial plan on phone (no star codes) or put phone in a separate context to further limit what can be dialed.

right that makes sense, what do you use to limit the dialplan, a tollallow ?

tollallow works for limited outbound, but for something like a lobby phone, I put them in a new context and copy only the dial plans I want them to dial to the new context such as just the "local_extension" dial plan. Then it can only call internal extensions but zero other features.
