Whats more important, RAM or CPU?

What would you say is more important to a freeswitch/fusionpbx box?
RAM or CPU?

I'm sort of guessing RAM since fusionpbx uses memcache, etc so much..

Thoughts/Feedback?

Actually, no, its CPU, in nearly every case I have found you run out of CPU power before RAM.
