Where are all real used config files?

I found it has many config folder
- /etc/freeswitch.orig/
- /etc/freeswitch/
- /usr/share/freeswitch/conf/ (*** Main config)
- /var/www/fusionpbx/resources/templates/conf/

I try to find where are files that freeswitch loaded but not found.
I try to rename folder and then restart freeswitch for check but I got some error or bug when I changed one of this list.

Then I assume that every config folder must be used (Some files)

Question:
1. I want to know where is extension.xml, dialplan, gateway are loaded
2. Some config was cache in freeswitch how to clear it. I found bug cause I already delete some config in GUI, cache config file was changed but it not affected on freeswitch ( already delete all files in /var/cache/fusionpbx still got problem )

Via psql, in the table v_sip_profile_settings. I wouldn't recommend it by hand though, SQL can be a disaster by hand.
