A couple of issues we have found with the T53W and T54W using EHS40
1. using a Plantronics CS540 the incoming calls do not make the beep or indication in the headset the phone is ringing
2. there is no place to connect the busy LED that flashes to indicate the headset user is off hook

one of our techs wired up a box to make an interface to get the LED to work for a few customers...on the EHS36 you can use an audio like Y splitter cable to make it work easier
Anyone else seeing these issues and have work arounds?
