    Thank you. I see park entries: 1) 10:59:16 till 10:59:55 2) 10:55:55 till 11:13:55 Why are there two park entries for the same call? Was it parked, unparked and then parked again? I just need to get my story right so I can advise the client.

    Thank you but that is exactly what I am asking :) How do I check/configure this button? In some places I have read this is a hard key that cannot be programmed. If it can be programmed in Fusion how can this be done?

    Thanks for your help. I restarted Fusion on the weekend and the recordings continue. Do you mean even though the GUI states recording = false the database may still have this value as true?

    It appears that all inbound calls are being recorded and I wish to stop this however I cannot see where this has been enabled and how to deactivate it: My flow is simply: Inbound Route > Call Flow > Call Centre
