Thank you.
I see park entries:
1) 10:59:16 till 10:59:55
2) 10:55:55 till 11:13:55
Why are there two park entries for the same call? Was it parked, unparked and then parked again? I just need to get my story right so I can advise the client.
We have been told this caller was on hold for 32 mins waiting to be answered
Can someone please help me understand what this shows:
31 is a call flow (night switch)
1000 is a reception ring group
Thank you but that is exactly what I am asking :)
How do I check/configure this button?
In some places I have read this is a hard key that cannot be programmed.
If it can be programmed in Fusion how can this be done?
The GXP2170 has a "Redial" softkey as shown below:
Whilst *870 performs the redial function the button itself does not work.
Can this be programmed in the device profile similar to this

Thank you.
Inbound Destination is set to false
Call centre is set to false
Extension is set to disabled
Anywhere else this could be set?
I have checked here too and all is disabled:
It appears that all inbound calls are being recorded and I wish to stop this however I cannot see where this has been enabled and how to deactivate it:
My flow is simply:
Inbound Route > Call Flow > Call Centre
Thank you. It appears toll_allow puts a condition on the outbound route that I can tie to the extension. If each outbound route is tied to a gateway and I need to be utilising two gateways I expect I will need another outbound route.
Currently I have this:

Hi,
I have two sites with extensions numbered:
Site 1 = 100-199
Site 2 = 200-299
I have two gateways configured and I wish to push site 1 out via GW 1 and site 2 out via GW 2. I have both gateways setup however am unsure of how to configure the outbound routes.
By default Fusion creates two...
