We activated call center application in fusionpbx and worked it. The thing we want to do is: while all agents are busy, giving information to the waiting people as "you are 1st, 2nd, 3rd person waiting on line". Is it possible? How can we activate it?

No, you would need to make them yourself. You can check the freeswitch wiki, you may find some info there. Please note that anything you do make if going to increase the load on the system.
