So I've got a few Grandstream GXP 2160's
I've configured the first programmable key as a "park" key which I'd like to transfer the call to the first available parking slot. (If a call is parked on *5900 then park the call on *5901, etc.) I have this key configured as a transfer key to *5900 but that apparently is incorrect as *5900 is actually the first parking slot. I was under the impression that the first slot started at *5901 in the beginning.
I have 3 additional BLF keys programmed for parking lot 1, 2, and 3 which monitors *5900, *5901, and *5902
What I'm looking for is a way to program a key on the phone to transfer the call to the first available parking lot, so I can utiliize BLF on the first 3 parking lots to see when a call is parked.
I was able to accomplish this in the past with FreePBX, is it not possible with Fusion? What is the correct protocol to do call parking if that's the case?
