I was at a small deployment this morning, and customer asked me for line appearance keys on Yealink T-42, so others could pick up a call on hold. usually I program a BLF with a park code, is it the same procedure with fusionpbx?
Secondly, the customer wishes to record calls on demand, I noticed the feature code *2, but where do I enable this in default settings, and where do the calls get recorded?. does it go to a user mailbox, and identify as recorded call?.
If anyone can help, it would be appreciated.
