CDR export to csv from cli/cron

Hi!
I am willing to setup cron task daily to export cdr of outbound calls for prevous day to csv file and save it on file system, as CDR-DATE.csv so my billing server can fetch it over scp and process it.

Is there simple way to execute /var/www/fusionpbx/app/xml_cdr/xml_cdr_export.php with some additional atributes, or I have to write up new app to select my desired data from database?

Probably a shell script run with a cron job would be the simplest way to do it.
