So I sell all yelling t53/t46/t54 phones and I have been selling FusionPBX extension for two years now and was just asked for the first time and it blew my mind that 1 I didn't know the answer and 2 I don't see any intuitive way to do this...
From the phone systems I sold in the past, the user could always just press the down arrow and see the last, first name of all the extensions in the tenant, so they don't have to memorize who is what extension. If anyone can tell me how they accomplish this I would greatly appreciate it.
