Experts,

How can we allow the call be diverted to a Voicemail when a customer is waiting on the Call Centre Queue press the key as configured on the "Exit Key". I am using fusionpbx 4.4.11

Version 4.4 is pretty old and has quite a few security issues so you might want to update.

Exit key triggers “exit action” where you can set a destination such as a voicemail box or IVR etc.
You may also set an “announce sound” and “announce frequency” so the caller is reminded what to press.

noted, I will upgrade. But I don't see the exit action in the call center Queue in 4.4.11, is it because of the version or am I missing something? If there is any screenshot if you can help me would be good. Thanks and appreciate your response.
