Our phones and FusionPBX 4.4.1 are together in the same LAN behind NAT with dynamic IP. Router is pfsense, set up this way.
Without changing the defaults for external_rtp_ip and external_sip_ip pbx is registering successfully with two providers and I am already able to make inbound and outbound calls.
But according to the docs I have to tell FusionPBX it's external IP. But whichever method I tried I loose the ability to make calls (either direction):

- First I put the URL of a dynDNS entry into external_rtp_ip and external_sip_ip and made sure it is actually pointing to the router's WAN-IP.
- Then I tried the current WAN-IP (as if it were static).
