usual inbound call problems are caused by number formatting
carrier may be sending calls to you on one format and you are handing in other format
What format is your carrier sending you calls?

Hello, thanks for helping
I'm the carrier
I entered the number simply, could it be I'm using a softphone and it's my softphone, the server is in a data center so there will be mostly remote extensions
I have no issue sharing login or coordinating an anydesk

Appologise, Not being rude, if you are a carrier you wont be hovering here
Let me rephrase my question
How is your upstream provider sending you the number / sip invite? E.64 or National format? What format is your FusionPBX receiving the invite?
Can you share snGrep screenshot?
