Incoming Call no audio/echo

Hi All,

I've got a weird scenario.
I've got two clients that complained about this.

Every now and then, maybe twice a day, they complain that they answered the phone, and they couldn't hear the caller, and that they could only here themselves.

I've attached two pcaps. The 1st one(failed) is when the phone rang and this happened. The 2nd, is the very same caller that phoned back, and call was successful.

From what I gather, the problem happens after the 16th packet, but I don't know what's happening.

Is it possible for someone to please have a look.
I'm still very new at analyzing SIP pcaps.
