Hi all,

here's a new one for you. I have an instance which requires a bilingual IVR, and have done this before in other accounts. What I have done is uploaded the company greetings in the proper format (8000 16 bit mono) have played them back on the recordings and all sounds great.
when I make the destination of either IVR direct to the IVR all plays properly, but when I make the destination to the primary IVR, and put an option "9" to go to the second IVR, instead of transferring to the 2nd IVR, it speeds up the recording of the primary IVRs recording instead of transferring off.

I have deleted and recreated several times, same result. I have checked back at my other accounts and all works well.

I have to deploy on Wednesday or Thursday of next week, so as always your help is appreciated.

Ok all, NEWBIE here figured it out. Instead of sending the 9 to the second extension I created for the secondary IVR , it was pointed to the greeting that was uploaded.
sorry all, us newbies huh?
