New Installation - some phones dropped and will not reconnect

Hoping someone has some suggestions. I'm stuck. I just set up a 12 phone install and everything was connected working. It was 2 Yealink T48s and 10 Yealink T41s. Returned the next day to find the t41s down and I am unable to get them connected. If you are a Guru and you work remotely please message me.
