Outbound calls get "Temporarly Unavailable' Ext to ext works fine

I am totally green with FusionPBX and trying to get it working so we can see if we want this in our environment. I have followed the first set of videos to the gateways but they are not working. Call do not seem to route out our SBC Gateways. A grep for the number shows nothing. Not sure what log to post so if anyone can give me insight it would be greatly appreciated

I am using MicroSIP and the video found helped. I saw he had the outbound sip proxy same as the outbound sip server
