Provider not accepting calls

Provider not accepting calls because of bad contact header
sip:username at 10.10.10.15:5060;transport=udp

ITSP needs sip:95959595 at 10.10.10.15:5060, where 95959595 Extension number

Please help me to change my header

In the gateway perhaps try setting fromuser to 95959595 or in advance gateway settings, extension in contact to true, then stop and restart gateway, the stop and restart it important.
