Hi Guys,
I have a FusionsPBX on AWS. Few Polycom handsets on multi tenant setup are connected to it. Works really well.
Due to some Internet Outage on a site using ADSL, I'm trying to connect 2 Polycom phones via a LTE Router.
I live in Australia and I'm using a Telstra as the Mobile data service. I have already tried it with a mobile data service called VIVID Mobile Broadband, that works fine few months back. But I'm trying to find a solution while using Telstra Mobile Internet. On top of that, any ZOIPER soft extension works fine on LTE (registration, stability and voice), the issue is only for SIP Phones (Polycom).
I understand there soo many things to check in this type of a troubleshoot.
I was wondering if anyone here had a similar experience connecting extensions via mobile internet to a cloud hosted FusionPBX.
I suspect, it's due to Public IPs are NAT, although I see Dynamic Public IPs on Telstra Mobile Internet.
Any help is much appreciated.
Thank you.
