SOLVED SQL ERR in new installation

Hi all i just having below issue with my newly installed FusionPBX on debian 8, but fusionpbx is working. Dose anyone have any idea what this issue for? and how can i resolve this?

I get below error continuously in my log viwer:

Are you using the default sqlite or postgres for internal db? How was this installed?

Check the permissions of /var/lib/freeswitch/db folder. If that looks ok you can delete everything in there and restart freeswitch. It will recreate all the sqlite db files if the folder permission is ok.
