How can I setup time conditions after hours till next day morning. Right now after 16:30, it say's invalid entry.

Here; office hours are from mon-fri -> 8:00 to 16:30, so I need the IVR to be played from 16:31 to 7:59 (next day).
Should I be creating 2 ivrs in this case?
1. From 16:31 to 23:59
2. From 00:00 to 07:59

Please let me know.

You can do multiple time entries or reverse the logic.
Set an "open" time for M-F 08-1630 to route to your daytime destination and all other hours will route to after hours destination

For example this customer has various hours during the week. If day of week and hours match, it goes to a ring group... alternate destination (after hours) goes somewhere else.
