I've got FusionPBX up and running with a Polycom IP550 that I manually configured. I am unable to get auto provisioning working.

In Advanced > Default Settings > Provision > Enabled = true and is true

The phone's provisioning server is set as type HTTP and address is http://<serverip>/provision (also tried http://<serverip>/app/provision)

The phone's syslogs show the following...

Server '<serverip>' said 'provision/polycom/000000000000.cfg' is not present
Server '<serverip>' said 'provision/polycom/0004f2137c22.cfg' is not present

The FusionPBX documentation says "Go to advanced -> system settings and set the path to that directory so that Fusion knows where to write the config." but I have no idea what the actual path should be. In-fact perhaps the path is only for TFTP and http might not even need a path?

Long story short, the phone can't find the CFG files it's looking for and I question if they are even being generated. The phone does show up under Status > Registrations but doesn't respond the reboot button and has no settings other than those I put in manually.

Seeking advice.

This is a straight up clean install on Debian. Thank you.

Thank you. Using the bare IP only changes it so I get a lot of syslogs similar to below, and no phone listed under registration.

SSL_connect error Peer certificate cannot be authenticated with known CA certificates.SSL certificate problem, verify that the CA cert is OK. Details:
error:14090086:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICATE:certificate verify failed

On the other hand if I use the IPaddress/provision (without http://) I don't get SSL errors, instead I get the following syslogs from the phone...

Server '192.168.25.5' said 'provision/0004f2137c22-web.cfg' is not present
File transfer failed due to curl error code:22 and respCode:404
Download of master configuration file failed

Additionally the phone no longer appears under Status>Registrations with either of the above scenarios.

Phones firmware is updated.

Here are the provisioning settings for Poly 550

DHCP option: 160
DHCP prov server string: http://Fusion-IP/provision

Fusion -> Advanced -> Default Setting -> Provision
enabled: True
polycom_gmt_offset: value in seconds, eg 10800 (60 x 60 x GMT Offset)

Accounts -> Devices

Create a device entry with your phone's MAC address; do NOT manually fill in 'Lines' as they are selected from the extensions page.
