XMPP missing from Advanced / Modules

I have a new FusionPBX install on Debian 8.7.1.

I installed XMPP according to the instructions on pg 37 of the latest manual. I can configure it in Accounts / XMPP Manager, but there is no entry for it in in Advanced / Modules.

How can I fix this?

Doing some more digging, it looks like this should be done in FreeSWITCH. Any other ides?
