move the cidlookup in the dialplan manager to order 100

delete cidloockup in the dialplan manager than upgrade to download it again this issue has been fixed

I have a question, I'm trying to get the caller ID name from the contacts (contact_name_given and contact_name_middle and contact_name_family) to show up on that email I tried ${contact_name_given} but when I add that code, says the actual code and not the name any idea will be much appreciated
