Thanks Daz, we tried it but it doesnt seem to have worked, is there any other changes that need to be made - we also removed one of lines/characters in the example ^200$ | ^201$

What is the best way to ring fence extensions to use different SIP trunks for example extension 200 and 201 use sip trunk 1 only and extensions 202 and 203 use sip trunk 2 only? I don't want to use prefixes. Any help would be great.

Think I found the issue - the system is showing it cant open the Prompt sound file - I have checked and downloaded the file from the phone system and it is working. I think I will complete another reboot of the system, I did check the file name against callie and it is the same, only difference...
