    1.8.6 Released Includes the proper fix to satisfy both use cases. Reverting the patch from before would just shift which group of users had a problem the proper fix to make it work for everyone is in there. Developer release notes are here...

    Hi, The original JIRA on this was filed in Feb and Closed in March. If something is still wrong we would need a followup bug report or we may not realize there is still a problem as there was a consensus it was working from reporters.
