    Yes. That was the issue. Disabled recording on Call center, Enabled recording on Agent. Enabled Outgoing recording on extension. Now its seems to be fixed.

    Is it possible to add an IVR Timeout option in FusionPBX ? (Same as IVR timeout in FreePBX) ex : Initial IVR greeting is played and the user do not enter any input. The system should be able to Play a recording "You have not entered a option. Please try again"
