Have you tried loggin in with that user? In any case, you need to into group managing and fiddle with the permissions. Usually it's the "view all" part.

yes. I am using both linphone and zoiper classic and i do am using the in-software transfer button.

When i call the number of the pbx and a softphone answers, when they hit the transfer button they get routed to a voice that asks if they want to record or not the call, and it does not get transfered correctly. All the other operators use gigaset phones and they can transfer calls just fine.

I’ve emailed you as Luigi previously on support@fusionpbx.com. You replied on my issue and then completely ignored the rest. Phone is not an option I’m from Italy. I’ve also replied to you in that same mail thread renewing my request for paid support.
