Did they actually delete after you got it enabled? Mine still appear under Advanced>Domains, but dont appear when you click Domains in the top right

it is a north american based number I created a regular extension with a softphone and I can place a call to the same number, but when I try to send a fax, it shows that error - it spits out the error and doesnt even attempt to make a call. I can watch fs_cli and there is no call being processed

I believe confirmation emails are only sent to the first email address listed in the settings Lorena listed, a confirmation is not sent to the sender of the fax.
