Original intent is to have some extensions not allowed to make outside calls. That's where I used this: Problem with this is that ringgroups stop making outside call's. That's why I thought, let's turn it around, and specify the extensions that are not allowed to make outside calls...

The biggest problem is that ringgroups can't call to an external number, to. Is there a way to give ringgroups always the option to call external?

Damn, New error occurred when I use this setting. when I call a extension that is forwarded to a external number, I get a "To May Hops" error. How can I fix this? This error only occurs when calling from an extension that is in the condition.

Carrier isn't the problem. I can set any number under Advanced > Outbound Caller ID Number to be shown. When no number is there, no number is shown.

Hi all, I have some ringgroups with one of the members a external mobile phone. This works but when the mobile rings, it shows the number that is in the ringroup settings under Advanced > Outbound Caller ID Number. This makes sense but is there a way to show the number from the person who calls?

I know that method bur unfortunately that prevents a ringgroup of calling an outside number.
