Is there a way to auto logout agents in call center if they don't pick up x amount of calls.
Trying to send to exit action if agents forgot to logout

I am trying to use call block to block certain outbound numbers. And calls are still going through.
Did anyone test this feature? Do I need to add anything to outbound dial plan?

Hi. On a yealink phone. Is there a way to set a key to auto open a door? So it rings the extention of the sip doorbell and then sends a dtmf key? It's a Cyberdata door bell. Thanks
