you do not need to change any settings or permissions just use the default user group for the user assigned to the extension and they will see their records only , hope this information helps.

Hi , i have setup a fresh fusionpbx 5.3.3 , i have setup two gateways with ip authentication , i need to record inbound and outbound calls, i added user_record=all in inbound diaplan , incoming call is working fine but in cdr no recording show, i have same dialplan in a different server...

it is new installation , but I have changed the password and created couple of extensions only , I am trying to login with fusionpbx username and password but no luck.

Hi, I am in voip from 2001 , my experience is in gsm gateways and voip solutions , specially for Middle East where voip is still a punishable sin.I am impressed by fusionpbx and feel sorry to ignoring freeswitch all these years.Keep the good work going on.
