    enable/disable/record outage mesage to be played before IVR from any phone

    We have oncall staff that works remotely and need to be able to call into an extension to record an outage message. We can have the tech call in and change an extension's greeting esy enough. I need to know if there is a way using feature codes to enable/disable that greeting so it plays...
