Hello,

When one extension is busy( either it is busy with another extension or PSTN) and another user ( extension or PSTN) calls on that extension it gives keeps on ringing or give an announcement that "the person and extension XXX is not available at the moment" which is wrong announcement play. it should play the extension is busy on another call. Please suggest how we can fix this.

If you aren't sending a busy because call waiting is on it is doing the right thing by continuing to ring. Turn off call waiting on your phone so that it actually returns a busy.

MR Crane thank you very much I never knew about that and I was testing ist with Zoiper.... Tried witha Cisco with call waiting turned off and its done what i needed it to do thank you .
