Call Forward Busy

Hello Community.

We are using Version 5.0.7

We are attempting to use our Fusion to deliver an Analog Line via an ATA (Fanvil) to an NEC 8100 as a CO line. We can get the first Fusion extension, 301 to work just fine.
We built X 302 using another Fanvil ATA for a Analog line for CO port 2 on the NEC 8100.
In Fusion for X 301 we went into Call Forwarding and only enabled "On Busy" and entered 302 as the destination.
When we place a call on X 301 to make it "Busy" and then place an inbound call into Fusion. We get a "Call Waiting" tone on X 301. The second inbound call does not follow the "On Busy" we have enabled for X 301
I am at a loss on this one. Any help will be appreciated.

In VoIP, it's very hard to achieve "on busy" status. Most endpoints support multiple lines. One of the options you have is to disable call waiting on the device (if such a setting exists). This will make the device answer with "busy" when one of the lines is already occupied. Second, you may need to look into ring groups. They have some powerful options for your use case. You might want to specifically look into rollover type.

Thanks pbxgeek
We are working with Grandstream on the settings for their HT 818 V2. When we get Grandstream working, I will share the programming changes to the community. In the mean time I will look at ring groups, thanks for the feed-back.
Currently when we need to register an ATA that does not have a provision template, we program the domain name, exten, and Fusion provided password in the Grandstream 802 ATA. This works most of the time. We are thinking of settting up a new server with the latest software. Do you know if the latest Fusion release has templates for Fanvil GA 10 and Grandstream HT 818 V2 ?
Thanks to the community...
