Hi Guys,

Just looking at this and it looks interesting.
Has anyone put this in production and under a bit of load to see how many concurrent calls etc work without issues?
Also does it have an API thats free?

I manage several PBXs with 1500 endpoints per PBX. At the end of the day it’s using Freeswitch for the SIP process so it really comes down to how well you fine tuned Freeswitch settings.

As for FS PBX’s UI - we were blown away, as were the customers who login for self management. Basic tasks are just simpler. It’s definitely worth a try.

We are not a large-scale VoIp company as we are just adding it for our MSP clients, but FS Pbx is excellent. Not that FusionPBX is bad, no, its fine product as well but FS PBX step above it currently.

@andycol We are actively developing the API and appreciate your patience as we work to complete it. Given the complexity of the system, our priority has been to enhance the overall experience for both administrators and end users in managing their phone systems. We fully recognize the importance of an API as a core feature of any modern platform and are committed to delivering it. You can expect its introduction in one of the upcoming releases.

We have many clients successfully running the system in production, including our own operations. Originally developed in-house to meet our specific needs, it has since been scaled across multiple geographic regions. As @junction1153 mentioned, performance can vary depending on your hardware and the features in use. For example, BLFs, call recordings, and TLS connections can increase system load, so each deployment’s performance will differ based on its unique configuration.

@pbxgeek thanks for the response, i would be happy to contribute to the code of the API if you want?
i will also play with getting it working with opensips/kamailio

@andycol I'd love that. Any contribution to the project is welcome! If you want, you can DM me and we can discuss further. I would love to see your SBC guide too. If you want to contribute to documentation, I can show you how to do it, too. Documentation is getting migrated to the main GitHub repo and will be available on the website.
