We have an issue with call forwarding. When an incoming call is not answered we then forward to a mobile but anonymous inbound calls are rejected when forwarded as no cid.

Other calls all forward fine. Is there anyway that if the incoming call is annon we can replace it say with the sites CID so at least it's not rejected for no cid
 
Have you set up caller ID in the dialplan manager?
All calls out of your system should use this caller ID
