i just did this on my live server, for some reason I lost audio on all calls. i went and I switched it back to false reloaded the sip profile internal and audio came back.

Need some more info. You're trying to do a Call Flow to be able to enable or doable a Ring Group?

My best bet would be that this device is probably registered to Grant stream remote provisioning and therefore every time you save it and it resets it takes the configuration directly from Grant stream again

It's very simple, on the ATA device you enter these info. then you go to your fusion server and configure the device you also have to double check that your provisioning is enabled on your server and matching your provisioning Auth info. Good Luck
