@Jasonpbx Most likely your Poly phone and your Ringotel softphone are fighting for the same extension, overriding each other upon every registration attempt. Look into these Sofia profile settings multiple-registrations and max-registrations....something (can't remember exactly what it is called)

@mhank SIP Trunks application when installed does not show up as any other typical FusionPBX application you see under the [Applications] sub-menu. You'd rather see it as a new category named 'SIP Trunks' with all your existing extensions underneath it in your Dialplan > Destinations > Actions...

@mhank Can you please tell us why do think that SIP Trunks application does not work?

@neeek Why not use the time conditions for this? You'll only need one time condition extension to do all that you mentioned above.

@wifx, I agree with RTL, you should look into Kamailio or OpenSIPS to do the gateway part, but if you insist on using FusionPBX, then SIP trunks application is what you're looking for.
