Just to recap If i set send_mode to true my outbound fax are not working they are just stuck in the fax que with status waiting If i set it to false then i can send out fax from the Web portal but email to fax will not work Any idea?

I am right now using call forward because followme was not able to keep the callerID

i was digging more into this, it seems to me like all domains now cant send Fax any more they stay stuck in the fax que with status waiting this happened after i did send_mode - set enabled to true

i don't think so, if i upload the file and send it from web portal it works fine

Thank you so much for your help not the Fax are in wait status see the attached images not sure what i am doing wrong

So i send an email to the MailBox in the subject line i wrote "[out] 2125551212" this email is sitting the Fax folder and nothing happend yet any ideas see the attached screen shot

So i send a email to my email address and in the subjec line i put in the telephone number ... fusion can connect to this email via imap but the fax is not going out

i am using the Fusion PBX to provision my phones as soon as i add BLF to the phones they keep getting a msg on the phone offline no service and they cant use the phone i can find anything in the Fusion LOGS this is a screen shot of how its set up

i have set up a ring all for my call center, if all the agents are on the line i want them to get a call waiting on the phones in freepbx there was an option if the phone will ring to busy agents wondering how its with fusion

i checked again now and its updateding fine maybe a cache issue

HI under default setting for polycom_gmt_offset we had set it to -18000 * GMT i changed it to plain -18000 and my cfg file still shows up as -18000 * GMT how can i change my cfg file to show just -1800

Basicly there are many areas in the system where there is a doamin context and all does dont get updated

I don't know the answer about 2 domains if they can interact
