I think using the operator panel is the way to do it for us thanks but i still dont see a way to whisper etc from gui or I am mising something really obvious :-)

Yeah that might be the best way to do it. I don't see a way to select when using the GUI Eavesdrop from the call center thanks

@ad5ou Hi there -- I'm wa4zlw :-) yeah I know about eavesdrop but that could be abused. I know on 3cx they also had a "whisper" mode whereby a manager could talk to the agent only and the customer wouldnt hear it

we're running a virtual call center with folks all over. We're trying to figure out if there is a way for new hires to have "training wheels" while in the call center queues. This way the primary agent can teach the new agent the ropes. Does anyone have any suggestions for us? Many thanks Leon

GM @markjcrane PBX in the cloud, so now not in same network as pbx. all devices using TLS and I believe I do have keep alive on. I'll check timeouts etc and report back. thanks for the update.

I just added another hardware phone a DP750 and it rings as well as the GXP2170 so only the soft phones do hot ring.

one more item. the missed call email did not go out until I disabled follow me and my extension rang and I hung up the call inbound

Heres a screenshot of whats going on when I dial in; ignore the first entry thats a valid call center call. 1522 did NOT ring only the cell phone and when I rejected the call on the cell. it would eventually start ringing again.

Hi @bcmike just tested it. Still fails. When I test this, I am dialing from the outside into my DID. If I only put my cell 1aaannxwwww in as the only item my extension goes direct to vm. If I add my extension 1522 as the second item it rings my extension only. We are on the latest codebase...
