When provisioning a phone using Fusion I specify the auth_username, auth_password & config server path. I understand I can use DHCP Option 66 to auto configure the config server path. How can I use DHCP option 66 with Fusion when Fusion also requires a username & password?

I have a series of Grandstream GXP2170s that I am able to provision. I would now like to configure the programmable keys on the phones and I have created a custom profile. I have associated the profile with the devices however the programmable keys are not being set on the phones.
