If I delete all dialplans and do upgrade -> App Defaults will they all reappear (even the domain specific ones?) given that I haven't really created any custom diaplans except the 10 digit and 11 digit calling?

For me, this is only true of one Domain which is unable to use *97 even after restoring the dialplan. There is definitely something not right, but I am not sure if this is local to my instance or as this thread suggests a wider issue.

This did not seem to work. Same behavior. The app defaults do restore the dialplans but there's no change in behaivor.

I have put in a work around suggested in another thread, by setting call forwarding to *99+ext. This is far from ideal.

I am seeing that calls are not being sent to voicemail. I did perform an upgrade last week. Calls just keep ringing but do not get sent to voicemail, this looks like it is related to a dialplan issue.
