If an agent is assigned to multiple queue's when that agent logs in they are logged into all queue's. Do you have separate agent logins for each user for each queue?
Or are you saying if the supervisor add's an agent to a queue they are not already a part of? In which case that queue may need a...
In a proper call centre environment there shouldn't be missed calls so you want them all logged. For example in a true call centre environment you wouldn't use a "Ring All", you would use something else like "Longest Idle" when an agent steps away from their desk they need to log out as an...
It’s not web based but check out dialplate with a little work you can integrate it with Fusion you can auto provision it and configure new BLF keys in the same way you would with a yealink phone.
You can also do it the other way around as well. You are on call on your deskphone you can call a destination that you have configured to point to *662 and it will pull the call from your deskphone to mobile.
Oh sorry that link I posted was incorrect, this is exactly how I set up everything:
https://www.pbxforums.com/threads/connecting-fusionpbx-and-freepbx.4087/
It looks through all the destinations then fails here:
Dialplan: sofia/internal/709@pbx.service.com Regex (FAIL) [61883788002] destination_number(0400111222) =~ /^(61883886655)$/ break=on-false
Dialplan: sofia/internal/709@pbx.service.com parsing [public->not-found] continue=false
Dialplan...
Haha true, maybe I overestimated your abilities ;)
I can see when I try to call outbound it goes into the public context so trying to figure out the best way to modify the dialplan so send the call out.

Hi Guys,
I have a client with an asterisk pbx he still has some phones on my FusionPBX. He needs to be able to extension dial the local PBX extensions on both FusionPBX and Asterisk and also make outbound calls to the PSTN through FusionPBX. I have been able to get local extension dialling...
You don’t need an E3 you can basically have any office 365 license and then get the “Phone System” add on. I just use the 365 Business Premium plus Phone System addon
I replaced the *5901 with 995901 and you still can't transfer to this number for a call park in teams because the number length is too short. You will need to create a new speed dial "Call Park 1" and assign it the number "995901" then you can transfer to speed dial and it seems to work fine...
On the latest yealink T5 series firmware you can configure a DSS key to subscribe to any voicemail box and the DSS key will indicate how many unread voicemails are in that VM Box and will flash when there is more than 1.
To subscribe use the "Voicemail" DSS and the value <exten>@<domain>
Thanks for the reply, I can confirm it's not something specific to my box because I installed a fresh version of 4.4 and issue was still present. I've also compared the file but as you saw the files are too different to really find a fix for it.
Im just surprised nobody running 4.4 has run into...
